Millar Instruments manufactures and markets a family of ultra-miniature reusable pressure catheters for use in small laboratory animals. The catheter body is narrower than the tip sensor to allow flexibility and to minimally obstruct the vessels or valves through which it passes. The sensor is side-mounted at the tip, and all models have straight tips. These ultra-miniature catheters range in size from 0.8 to 3.5 French and are available in usable lengths from 12 to 140 cm. |
