Millar Instruments promotes three directors to vice president - January 12, 2006
Steven K. Price has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Millar Instruments, Inc. in Houston, Texas. Mr. Price has been with Millar Instruments for four years, presiding over the Millar line of products in cardiology and urology worldwide. Previously, Mr. Price was employed by Mallinckrodt (Shiley) as a Strategic National Accounts Manager, and as a Regional Sales Manager for Edap Technomed, Inc. He is a member of AAMI, BioHouston and Houston Technology Center (HTC).
Robert L. Pauly has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering of Millar Instruments, Inc. in Houston, Texas. Mr. Pauly has been with Millar Instruments for four years and has presided over the introduction of the new PVAN data analysis software, PCU-2000 electronic control box and the SPR-1000 pressure/volume 1F research catheter for rats and mice. Previously, Mr. Pauly was employed by Micromed Technology as senior electronics engineer. He is a member of BioHouston and is also a member of the Houston Technology Center (HTC) screening committee and medical device mentor network.
William Redmond has been appointed Vice President of Operations of Millar Instruments, Inc., manufacturer of Mikro-Tip® catheters for clinical diagnostic applications and animal research, the “gold standard” for pressure measurement. Redmond has been with Millar for over 30 years and has served as Director of Operations, Director of Materials, and Manufacturing Manager. Redmond holds certifications from ISO, APICS and ASQ and teaches various business classes at San Jacinto Junior College.
